What to wear? Well how about black platform boots like Gene Simmons wears. Just make sure the white fangs along the side match your dress. What else would be appropriate?

I say go with the black shoes. Ain't no thing. If you wanted to dress 'em up a little, you could get some clip on ivory rosette ornaments or some such.

Etiquette note which I must add, or I won't be able to sleep: depending upon the formality, or lack thereof, of the wedding (and the relatives attending) ivory/off white may not be a good idea, depending upon whether the dress (which sound gorgeous) is closer to "white" than to "off". Traditionally, white's supposed to be for the bride only, and if that rule's violated, the Martians win, or satellites start falling out of the sky, or something... If the dress is close, you might ask a relative for an opinion. I hate even mentioning this, but people can get weird about weddings.

Of course, when in doubt, go for gorgeous.
